1. Introduction

Welcome to RevSnap. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features of the App, including setting up projects and tracking your revenue.
• Users may sign up using Google. During registration, we will collect your name, profile picture, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Projects and Payment Provider Integration

• After logging in, users can create projects and connect their payment provider (Stripe or LemonSqueezy).
• By linking your payment provider, you grant us access to minimal permissions required to fetch and display your revenue data.
• We do not store your payment provider credentials directly but securely handle and store only the necessary API keys provided by Stripe or LemonSqueezy.

4. Revenue Tracking and Goal Setting

• Users can track their all-time revenue from connected payment providers.
• Users may set goals related to revenue achievement within a deadline and collect achievement medals based on their progress.

5. Public Leaderboard

• Users have the option to share their all-time revenue on a public leaderboard.
• By opting in to the leaderboard, your revenue data may be visible to other users, along with your profile picture and name.

6. Data Deletion

• Users can request the deletion of their accounts at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our database, including your name, email, project data, payment provider API keys, revenues, goals, and any other stored information.

7. Prohibited Activities

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the App. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or any damages caused by third-party services (such as Stripe or LemonSqueezy).

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the App, and continued use after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Budapest.
